The format to use for most of your assignments in this class follows some very simple rules which are basic to most style guides (APA and MLA included):

double space everything
1 inch margins on all sides
Use automatic word-wrap for the right margin
As much as possible, italicize titles rather than underline them
Use a 10 or 12 point font
Pick ONE simple font and use only it -- no multiple fonts for effect
If you use headings in your paper, they should be Bold to set them off

In addition, you should always have the following information at the top of the page:

Your Name	Jim Kosmicki
Your Section	Loomis Learning Center
Assignment	Summary #3
Date	August 23, 2004

There is much more specific format information required for a research paper, but for normal assignments, this is what is required.
